The FANUC America Corporation Certified Education Training (CERT) Program completion ultimately certifies instructors at educational institutions to train their students to program FANUC robots and develop a pathway in pursuit of their own FANUC certification status. To accompany the FANUC CERT Program, a new school location investment will receive (1) CERT Instructor Training and Tool Kit and (1) CERT School Comprehensive Educational Package.
FANUC robots for education and workforce development markets will include FANUC’s Advanced CERT Software (robot specific) Configuration which includes advanced safety measures, Ethernet I/P, motion options for speed and path control and remote operating functionality.
Industry Value of the Advanced CERT Software is over $17,000
The CERT Instructor Training and Tool Kit provides the following (MH or AT) training materials:

Industry Value for CERT School Comprehensive Educational Package $365,000
To become a qualified CERT instructor, the designated instructor must:
- Successfully complete the CERT Cart Safety Features eLearn
- Successfully complete the Robot Operations eLearn
- Successfully complete the HandlingTool or ArcTool Operation and Programming eLearn
- Successfully complete the HandlingPRO or WeldPRO eLearn
- Attend/complete the live HandlingTool or ArcTool Operation and Programming class at a FANUC facility
- PASS FANUC Operator Exam administered through NOCTI; Test Fee required through NOCTI (MH only)
- Provide an outline of the school’s robotic syllabus/curriculum
- Provide a 15-20 min video to FANUC of a module/chapter being presented to live audience/faculty staff
